S.RAVI, STATING COUNSIL, for the respondents and the Advocate for the petitioner praying this court the detention order passed in H.S(M) Confdl.No.84 of 2021 dt.05/07/2021 on the file of R2 herein and quash the same and direct respondents to produce detenue namely Simsan aged about 25 years, S/o.Kennady, now detained at the central prison, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli and set him at liberty forthwith.
