W.P.(MD)No.13969 of 2020 2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the fourth respondent to grant them permission to install the name board of the petitioner's Sangam.
3.It is obvious that it is not a subject matter, in which, the Police can grant permission. It is only the Revenue Authorities who can take a call in the matter. The very prayer is misconceived. Leaving open the petitioner's rights to invoke other remedies, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
