Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.KARUNAKARAN.K.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3789 of 2023 on 28.02.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7601 of 2023 No.3789 of 2023 on 28.02.2023 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first working day of every month for a period of three months.
