O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned rejection order under Reference Letter No.11840/Admn/2021-1, dated 16.06.2021 issued by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to take the petitioner's application submitted for the Renewal of Certificate of Practice as Notary (Form II-B) for consideration and issue the same forthwith.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that Certificate of Practice as Notary of the writ petitioner was renewed for 2/4

further period of five years from 12.12.2021 vide G.O.(Ms.)No.214 Law (Administration) Department dated 01.04.2022 and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the submission made on either side, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
