[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents for opening a permanent Omni Bus Stand with all the facilities at Tiruchendur. He has given a representation dated 02.01.2017 to the respondents.

decision in this regard. The first respondent has not so far disposed of the petitioner's representation.

3.We, therefore, direct the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2017 praying for opening a permanent Omni bus stand with all the facilities at Tiruchendur. The first respondent shall take a decision after taking into account all the relevant factors. This exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent is also directed to communicate the copy of the decision taken by him in the writ petition thereafter.
