ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.974 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023 by the learned Principal Special Court for Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act Cases, Madurai.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by the Special Court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Special Court for Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act Cases, Madurai, Crl.M.P(MD).No.974 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e on the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.9412 of 2023 1st working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. The other conditions imposed by the Special Court shall remain unaltered.
