ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order permitting the petitioner to effect substituted service by way of paper publication in a vernacular language newspaper in respect of the 2nd respondent at the place where he resides or at his last known address in the Second Appeal in S.A.(MD)No.37 of 2011 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
