Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MURUGAPPAN R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.SS.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7602 of 2023 dated 24.04.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7571 of 2023 before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
