ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. P.T.Ramesh Raja, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. M.Muthumanikkam, Government Advocate for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

"This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD).No.17 of 2024 on 29.02.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. Further, the investigation is completed and the final report is filed and the same was taken on file in Crl.M.P.No.1225 of 2023 dated 14.12.2023, on the file of the learned Special Judge, Special Court for Trial cases under SC/ST(POA) Act, Thoothukudi District.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation."
