Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend further fifteen days time to furnish the sureties before the Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Thirupathur, Sivagangai District as per the order made in Crl.OP(MD) No.2244/2023 dt.10/2/2023.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANBUMANIKANDAN K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.S.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners' surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2244 of 2023 dated 10.02.2023.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioners

before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
