Ponnusamy Son of Chinnaapillai from the petitioner's own land in Survey No.134 Ward No. XXII in Block No.3, to an extent of 0010.5 acres which is situate in Madakulam village, Thirupparankuntram Taluk, Madurai District as per the order of the Special Officer, Town Survey, Unit.2, dated 25.08.2003 and with earlier direction of this Court in WP(MD) No. 11310 of 2017, dated 20.06.2017 based on the petitioner's representation on 09.06.2022.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner feels aggrieved by the inclusion of the petition mentioned persons in the revenue record. Seeking their deletion, the writ petition has been filed.
3. As rightly pointed out by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the second respondent is the competent authority to look into the petitioner's consent. The petitioner, therefore, permitted to file appropriate representation before the second respondent. As and when such representation is filed, the same will be enquired into and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law, after notice to all the interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the respective persons are left open. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4
