2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) filed the photo copy of the charge sheet signed by the Investigating Officer dated 19.06.2023 and it is reported that the said charge sheet is submitted before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni by way of E-Filing CNR No.1928/2023 dated 28.07.2023. 3.Since the charge sheet has already been submitted to the Court, which is stated to be pending for consideration by the trial Court for numbering, this petition becomes infructuous. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni is directed to consider the charge sheet and number the same as expeditiously as possible and after the same is taken on file, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same, in case if she is advised so.
