This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to comply the order made in Crl.MP.No.185 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul District, dated 06.02.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions from the respondent police submits that the enquiry was conducted and a closure report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul District.
