O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Ceriorarified Mandamus to to call for the records pertaining to the order of the respondent passed in his proceedings R.C.No.2136 / B2/2017 dated 05.04.2017 and quash the same as illegal, consequently directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to join duty as Special Teacher (Agriculture) in Government High School, Poolampatti, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.Though larger relief is sought for in this writ petition, he is now restricting the relief to the extent that the representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.10.2017 in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there are no other legal impediments to do so. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
