This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to initiate appropriate legal actions based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.04.2021 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2.Even though a writ of Mandamus will not lie, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by this petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.P.No.7633 of 2021 and now, it is pending for approval from the Superintendent of Police, Sivagangai to register the First Information Report.
