PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.75 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /sole accused who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.03.2023 for the offences under sections 363 of IPC and sections 5(1),6 of POCSO Act and section 9 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 in Crime No.75 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant is that the petitioner herein kidnapped his minor daughter and had married her against her wish, hence the case.

4. Taking into consideration the serious offence committed by the petitioner this Court had already dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner on 21.04.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7409 of 2023.
