PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to provide protection under rule 20(2) (1) ensuring adequate protection to the 1st petitioner to live with security and dignity from any harm or illegal act of the respondents 4 to 7 and direct the 4th respondent to pay the arrears of maintenance of Rs.1,24,000/- (Rupees one lakh and twenty four thousand only) up to July 2021 and continue to pay maintenance of Rs.2000/- (Rupees two thousand only) every month from August 2021 onwards in accordance with the order of the Honourable Maintenance and Welfare of Senior Citizens Tribunal order in Na.Ka.No.5288/15/A7 dated 23.05.2016.
