the respondents to include all the offences committed by the accused as stated in the complaint in Crime No.145 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent and expedite the investigation.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though the victim's nasal bone was broken by the accused and his hearing was affected, so far no alteration has been made. Only Section 324 IPC alone has been mentioned. It is for the Investigating Officer to investigate the case in proper manner, noting all the above said things and file the final report before the concerned Court. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far seven witnesses have been examined and the prosecution is ready to complete the trial process within the time stipulated by this Court. 4.In view of the submission made on either side, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report before the concerned Court, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
