[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.S.Krishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 and Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 4 and 6.

2.By consent on either side, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to issue a school certificate to the children studying in Government Adi Dravidar Welfare High School, Sangaralingapuram by inserting the name of Meiyunuthupatti instead of Sankaralingapuram. 4.According to the petitioner, the school is located in their village and the villagers have contributed their lands for construction of the school and the said Sangaralingapuram situates 1 1⁄2 Kilometers away from the school.

5.The name of the school is Government Adi Dravidar Welfare High School. If it is located in Sangaralingapuram, then the name of the said revenue village will be added. We cannot decide whether it is located at Sangaralingapuram or at Meiyunthupatti and it has to be decided by the Educational Authorities. 6.Accordingly, we direct the 6th respondent to consider the Joint Representation of the petitioner and others dated 04.07.2018 and take a decision on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

7.The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
