O RDER This petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner from the hands of the third respondent, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 02.05.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that so far, no representation has been received from the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent belonged to a political party and on that ground, he is making frequent trouble to the petitioner in surrendering the property situated at T.S.No.35/3, Door No.124, Mettupatti. Since no representation has been received by the second respondent, a fresh representation may be made by the petitioner in person to the second respondent within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. On the representation or petition being made by the petitioner, let the second respondent summon the petitioner as well as the third respondent and make an enquiry and after assessing the ground 2/4

situation and depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, may take either by the respondent or by the other parties, if aggrieved.
