They further submitted that both parties have now decided to resolve their disputes and seek to quash S.T.C. No. 789 of 2023 and S.C. No. 144 of 2024, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kuzhithurai, at Kanyakumari District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the defacto complainant and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. In view of the above submission, these Criminal Original petitions are allowed, since both parties have now decided to resolve their disputes. Hence, STC No. 789 of 2023 and S.C.No.144 of 2024 pending on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Kuzhithurai at Kanyakumari District are quashed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
