This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to take appropriate steps based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2017. 2.In the representation dated 17.06.2017, the petitioner has given a complaint against certain private individuals, about their alleged attempt to trespass into the petitioner's institution namely, "Emayam Educational Trust" and to assault the petitioner. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the FIR has been registered in crime No.195/2017. 4.Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
