This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 5 and 6 to furnish the entire Medical Records Pertaining to the treatment given to the petitioner deceased daughter Devi, W/o. Mr.Poothapandi @ Selvam, who was admitted on 2/5
14.08.2020,and subsequently died on 18.08.2020 and consequently direct the respondents to pay a provisional Compensation of Rs. 15,00,000/- for the death of the petitioner deceased daughter Devi and for mental agony and hardships.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the order passed by the Division Bench in W.P.(MD) No. 11133 of 2023, the petitioner has received a compensation amount on 16.06.2023. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 06.10.2023 Internet : Yes RR 3/5
