ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Principal Sub Court, Tirunelveli to dispose the execution proceedings in EP No.50 of 2023 in O.S.No.211 of 2006.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The petitioners instituted a suit in OS No.211/2006 and the suit was decreed and subsequent to the decree, the petitioners filed EP No. 50/2023. Since the petition is pending from the year 2023, without any progress,the petitioner prays for early disposal of the said petition.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the suit is of the year 2006 and decree was passed as early as in the year 2015 and the EP was filed in the year 2023. However, the respondents/defendants are dragging on the proceedings and hence, prays for appropriate directions.

5.Considering the limited scope of the matter and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of EP No.50 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
