O R D E R

The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.1593 of 2020 registered on the file of Ottanchathiram police station.

2. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the second respondent to conduct further investigation.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that pursuant to the direction given by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4273 of 2021 dated 19.03.2021, the investigation was closed as mistake of fact. R.C.No.21 of 2021 was sought to be served on the petitioner. The petitioner refused to receive the same.

4. I direct the second respondent to send a copy of the final report to the petitioner through registered post immediately and without any delay and also file the same before the jurisdictional Court. The jurisdictional Court will issue notice to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2 Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12363 of 2021 petitioner herein. It will be open to the petitioner to file his objections and advance all his contentions. The jurisdictional Court will take a call in the matter.
