RESPONDENT /RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the Petitioners in Crl.OP.(MD).No.8512 of 2023 dt.4.5.2023 in respect of reporting before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one month and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SENTHILKUMAR R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8512 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023 in respect of reporting before the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
