ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that neither a case has been registered nor the petition enquiry https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9700 of 2023 is pending against the petitioner on the file of the 2nd respondent herein.

3. The 2nd respondent present before this Court and stated that on an earlier occasion on the basis of the complaint given by one Jesintha Raj enquiry was conducted and during the course of enquiry, this petitioner has appeared and given an undertaking that she will settle the entire amount. On the basis of the above said undertaking further action was dropped by the 3rd respondent police.

4. Now, after the disposal of the above said enquiry, the allegation by the petitioner that she was called upon by the respondents police and they are harassing her. Since no complaint has been received so far, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as un necessary.
