Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ADITHYA VIJALAYAN N, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.SS.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender, execute sureties and to deposit the amount in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6992 of 2023 dated 17.04.2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3.
