The instant civil revision petition has been filed by the Wife, challenging the order of dismissal of an application seeking interim maintenance, pending divorce petition filed by the husband.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that H.M.O.P.No.52 of 2019 was allowed by the Sub Court, Sankarankoil on 1/3

08.12.2021 granting divorce in favour of the respondent/husband. 3.Since the present revision petition arises out of an interim order, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
