0-34.00, 2-53.00, 0-96.00 and 0-51.00 Areas respectively by considering his application dated 17.03.2025 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks application dated 17.03.2025, to be disposed of. Insofar as some of the survey numbers, the petitioner has been issued with separate patta and in respect of other survey numbers, in respect of which survey is sought for, patta is in joint names.

2.In view of the same, the petitioner shall produce consent affidavits of the family members in whose names joint patta stands and on receipt of the same, the first respondent with the assistance of the second respondent shall proceed to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 17.03.2025, in accordance with law and on merits within a period of sixteen [16] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
