Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KANNAN.V., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.S.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7632 of 2023 dated 25.04.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the defacto complainant refused to receive the sum of Rs.5,000/- each, from the petitioners and hence, they are not able to comply with the condition imposed.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- each to the credit of the crime number and for deposit of the aforesaid sum, time is extended for a further period of two weeks.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
