The petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to consider her representation dated 01.07.2017. 2.Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate takes for the respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admissions stage itself.
3.According to the petitioner, she is the owner of the property to an extent of 20 cents in S.No.175/1 and new S.No.175/1A2A in patta No.1474, Cooliepatti village, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanthapuram District, by virtue of a registered sale deed dated 11.02.1981.
4.The petitioner would state that after purchase, her name was included as joint pattathars. Thereafter, the petitioner has been making representations from the year 2013 seeking separate patta. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
On 12.04.2017, the petitioner sent a legal notice to the first respondent to grant separate patta in her name and on 01.07.2017, a further representation was also given. Even thereafter, no action has been taken. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to consider the representation 01.07.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of hearing to all necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
