2. The petitioner underwent B.Com.,(Professional Accounting) course in the fourth respondent college. Degree is awarded by Madurai Kamaraj University. The petitioner took part in the competitive examination for the post of Junior Co-operative Auditor. She has also been selected. But TNPSC could not give her appointment and posting because the petitioner could not produce the equivalence certificate. The qualification prescribed for the post is B.Com. All that the petitioner wants is declaration that the qualification prescribed for the post and the qualification obtained by the petitioner are equivalent.

3. It is stated that the first respondent is seized of the matter. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's application within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this 2/4
