PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 227 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.08.2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 147,148,302,120(b),506(ii),109,212,114,149 and 34 of IPC in crime No.227 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that already this Court had issued direction to complete the trial within a period of six months, but the trial Court is unable to complete the trial. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far 14 witnesses have been examined and some of the witnesses are yet to be examined. He would further submit that the prosecution will complete the trial within 30 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence the petition stands dismissed. However prosecution may ensure that trial will be completed within 30 days. Further the trial Court is directed tc complete the trial proceedings in S.C.
