PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to call for the records and set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 02.04.2016 in I.A.No.1044 of 2015 in O.S.No.180 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kulithalai and allow this civil revision petition.

ORDER
This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 02.04.2016 in I.A.No.1044 of 2015 in O.S.No.180 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kulithalai 2.Today (21.04.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the main suit in O.S.No.7 of 2021 was disposed on 13.04.2023. Hence, the civil revision petition has become infructuous. He had also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.In view of the same, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
