3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition No.7(b) already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD).No.290 of 2023, dated 21.04.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Puzhal Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 am until further orders.
