These writ petitions have been filed to direct the respondent to provide educational loan application form to the petitioners and further direct the respondent to sanction the educational loan of Rs.3,96,000/- to them for B.Sc., Nursing Course (4 years) studying at Sri Vishnu College of Nursing, Bangalore, Karnataka State.

2.Heard Mr.V.Sankaranarayan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.C.Karthik, learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record. 3.Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioners approached the respondent bank seeking educational loan and when the respondent bank sought for certain documents, instead of providing the documents to the respondent, the present writ petitions have been filed. It is further submitted that if the petitioners provide the documents as sought for by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent, the respondent bank is ready to consider the applications of the petitioners, as per norms. 4.Considering the above facts of this case and the submissions made on either side, the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to furnish the documents as required by the respondent bank within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the copy of the order and on such production, the respondent shall consider the applications of the petitioners, purely on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks therefrom. No costs.
