PRAYER :- To extend the time to execute the sureties granted by this Hon`ble Court in Crl OP(MD)No.3228 of 2019 dated 04.04.2019. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.3228 of 2019, dated 29/03/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. This Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 3228 of 2019 by an order dated 29.03.2019 directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- with prejudice to his rights within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Now the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had deposited Rs.1,00,000/- and for depositing the balance amount of Rs.4,00,000/-, he seeks two months time.

3. This Court had already passed an order on 29.03.2019 directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the said period expired on 29.05.2019 and thereafter 11/2 month is over. Considering the aforesaid facts, further three weeks time is extended from today to comply with the condition imposed by this Court as last chance.
