ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.,) This petition is filed to direct the respondents to secure the detenue viz., Asha, 17 years, who is the daughter of the petitioner before this Court.

2.The detenue has been produced before this Court by the respondent police and she is present along with her mother. Upon enquiry, it is stated that she was born on 17.09.2003 and she married one Manikandan, in the month of October 2021, who is also present before this Court.

3.As the detenue had attained majority in the month of September 2021 and she got married only after attaining majority, having expressed her willingness to go with her husband, she was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

H.C.P(MD)N0.816 of 2020 at liberty to go with her husband.

4.The petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue, has also agreed for the same.
