ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the third respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken. It is a money dispute between the parties. Since it is a civil dispute, the said complaint was closed on 29.03.2022 itself. Without noticing the same, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. 21.11.2023 NCC: Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet: Yes/ No PNM 2/4
