The prayer sought for in this writ petition is seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2017 seeking https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to include the petitioner's organization, namely, "Consumer Rights Movement" to empanel the same in the list of Voluntary Consumer Organization within a time frame.

2.Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes for the respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admissions stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 08.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of hearing to all necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
