This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to call for the records in S.T.C.No.434 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam and quash the same.

2. Mr.K.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would contend that the accused who is the petitioner herein was convicted by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam vide judgment dated 16.11.2023 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
