ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to give suitable direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner at the instigation of the fourth respondent by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 29.04.2023 within a time frame. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that there was matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, summons were issued on the 2/4

petitioner for enquiry. However, the petitioner did not co-operate with the enquiry.

3.In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The parties are directed to co-operate with the enquiry. If there is any matrimonial dispute, the parties are at liberty to workout their remedy before the Family Court. 4.In the result, this criminal original petition is disposed of. 18.05.2023 NCC :
