PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass an appropriate order in a manner known to law based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2025 within a stipulated period of time to be fixed by this Court.

The petitioner has sought for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider his representation dated 03.01.2025, for issuance of patta. It was however, brought to the notice of the petitioner that subject survey number has been classified as cart track and therefore, the Tahsildar has expressed inability to dispose of the petitioner's application. 2.In the light of the above, the first respondent shall enquire into the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2025 and pass orders with regard to reclassification of the lands from cart track to patta lands subject to the entitlement of the petitioner. A fair opportunity shall be given to the petitioner as well. Subsequent to 2/5

the final orders passed by the first respondent, the third respondent shall take up the application of the petitioner for issuance of patta. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four [4] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
