The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to conduct a detailed enquiry and take necessary action on the basis of his representation dated 03.07.2017.

2.Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes for the respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admissions stage itself.

3. The petitioner would state that he is an agriculturist and he has insured his crops and paid insurance premium with the Poovalur Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society. Due failure of monsoon and shortage of rainfall, the crops got dried. Hence, he approached the Village Administrative Officer. But no action has been taken. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation to the respondent seeking insurance amount. Since no favourable order passed, the present writ petition.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the representation of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner dated 03.07.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of hearing to all necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
