This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents no. 1 to 3 to not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the 4th respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit based on the complaint given by the 4th respondent, the petitioner has been called for enquiry and the complaint itself was closed after enquiry. Apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner. 3.Since the main petition itself was closed after enquiry, recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is closed.
