[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The Writ Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition complaining that the neighbouring villagers are indulging in illegal transportation of sand and he has given a representation dated 04.04.2017 in this regard.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both side. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the stage of admission itself.

3. Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader, would state that the fourth respondent is the Competent Authority and he may be directed to look into the representation of the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2017 and take action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
