To suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner in C.C.No.206 of 2016 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate Court-V,Madurai dated 17.02.2020 confirmed by the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.A.No.42 of 2020 dated 11.01.2023, pending disposal of the main Criminal Revision Petition. Prayer in CRL RC(MD). 282/ 2023 :

To call for the records pertaining to the conviction order passed in Crl.A.No.42 of 2020 on the file of the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai dated 11.01.2023 by confirming the conviction sentence and also enhancing the fine amount passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court-V, Madurai dated 17.02.2020 in C.C.No.206 of 2016 and set aside the same. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SIVABALAN.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4070 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.
