To suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner in C.C.No.206 of 2016 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate Court-V,Madurai dated 17.02.2020 confirmed by the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.A.No.42 of 2020 dated 11.01.2023, pending disposal of the main Criminal Revision Petition. To call for the records pertaining to the conviction order passed in Crl.A.No.42 of 2020 on the file of the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai dated 11.01.2023 by confirming the conviction sentence and also enhancing the fine amount passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court-V, Madurai dated 17.02.2020 in C.C.No.206 of 2016 and set aside the same.
