ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the respondents 5 and 6 before the fourth respondent, the said complaint has been referred for the proceedings initiated under Section 107 of Cr.P.C., before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10761 of 2021 Executive Magistrate and enquiry is pending, in which, the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6 are appearing for enquiry.

3. In view of the above, there is no harassment at the hands of the fourth respondent. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed.
