O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Petition is directed against the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No. 758 of 2022, dated 18.05.2022.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the second respondent would submit that the complaint which was forwarded, enquired into and the same was ordered to be closed as there existed civil dispute between the parties and directed them to approach the concerned civil Court to settle their dispute.

3.The learned counsel for the first respondent would submit that he may be permitted to file objections to the report filed by the respondent police.

4.Since the complaint was ordered to be closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

5.Recording the same, this Criminal Revision Petition is 2/4

dismissed. The de-facto complainant is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
